NO THEY ARE NOT!! And they do not tell you that either!! All you get is the phone literally taped to a piece of cardboard and a generic charger in a ziplock bag. THAT ISBIT!! There are no accessories, earbuds, s-pen tips, s-pen tool, booklets, manuals, or sd card/sim card alot key. NOTHING. They do not tell you this and you do not find out until you open the box, but once the box is open if this is unsatisfactory and want to return the phone then they want to charge you $45 for a "restocking fee" because you opened the box. Problem is, theres no way to know they sold you he phone under false pretences until you open the box. So be prepared to either be disappointed or get stuck donating $45 to a bunch of thieves.
