I added this phone to my Sprint account without much problem. I did need a new SIM card. I was hoping to use my Samsung S7 card, but it wasn't compatible with Note9. The SIM card was $2.99, but when I went in to the Sprint store they waved the fee. Not that $3 is much compared to the cost of a phone. I chose to use SquareTrade Warranty over Sprint because it gave a little more and cost a little less.
