Mine came in a box with the squads name on the outside nicely packaged and was in perfect condition.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My refurbished tab 4 10.1 luckily had absolutely no damage whatsoever, however because it is refurbished, it is possible it may have a scratch. I've purchased a Galaxy Tab S 8.4 refurbished (Geek Squad Certified), and when I opened it, I noticed there was some bad scratches around the gold camera trim metal. Usually a refurbished item will appear brand new, but not always. It comes packaged in a white box (not original), inside it is neatly packed in plastic wrap tightly attached to cardboard, its nicely packed and doesn't allow the tablet to move or get damaged during shipping. Overall they did a great job packing it. It was comes with a charger and tablet only, no manuals. Unfortunately Best Buy decided to send mine with a generic off brand charger with a bent micro-usb prong. I went on Amazon and bought a Samsung OEM cord as a replacement. I have bought also the Tab S refurbished from Best Buy and it came with Samsungs original charger, so I don't know why I got this off brand broken one, either way the tablet is perfect with no damage.
