No, it will likely NOT come in the original packaging. As far as rewards by Samsung, I am not sure what you mean so I cannot speak to that.

The packaging was good and the tablet was in excellent condition. Samsung's documentation safety, warranty, and quick-start guide were in the box. Out of the box, the appearance and operation are like new. No complaints! Samsung awards are available online. Access to the Ownership site is available after the tablet is registered with Samsung.

It did not come in Original Retail Packaging. It had charger & usb cable. I can't answer the ? about the 4 rewards. Since this tablet I purchased has not been powered up. Since I'm going to return it to loca BB. Since it was not new as I was told by 4 reps I chatted with & the 2 reps I spoke with on their 1-800 #.
