You CAN answer phone calls. It actually works really well for that. You can NOT respond to a text (if you are connected to an iPhone, but you CAN if your connected phone is an android. You CAN change watch bands. And you can NOT check Facebook from the phone. It mostly has utility apps like setting an alarm or reminder, weather, health/step counter, calculator, calendar, timer, and it can even be used to advance a PowerPoint slideshow, which comes in handy as a teacher.
