• A:Answer Should work but I had to format it first. It does come with a usb type c and a USB type A cable. Mine was refurbished and no manual was included.

Q: QuestionHow do you get a factory reset for this model? If I put a password and forget it, is there anyway Samsung can reset it?

• A:Answer I use mine with my S8 Samsung phone and they have a app for it. The app states that if password is forgotten that the only option would be to format all data on the drive.
