I cannot get my phone to ring. Where do I go to fix that? null

There is a little key that looks like a dash above the send button on the top left hand side of the phone. If you press this key, the phone is on mute. It is easy to do, so double check that your phone is not on mute.

Go to Apps Settings Ringer volume
