yes, but with a 6 month wait limitation. buy two now, esp at this price, Verizon wanted $79! you get to activate them free without buying minutes. put them in a drawer for 181 day and then you can add one to an existing plan for $20 a month PLUS taxes. The 2nd phone is for when the first fails in maybe 12-18 months. Keep a spare as it is cheaper than insurance! My wife got her smart phone thru Best Buy, of course, and mine is added to her plan. I do not need internet on my phone. You can use this for pay per month, if needed, to get past the six months and then use it to get a cheaper plan.
