- Answer No, sorry. No SIM card, not needed for unlimited phone calls. SIM card can be added. It could be possible, to add an app for GPS? But it's hard to type in what you want, and it must be correct. You cannot go back to the page, if you hit a wrong number/ letter. So you must start all over. You must push a button 3 or 4 times for some letters. This is not a smart phone. You probably need a smart phone.

- Answer I received no free minutes with the phone. I purchased the Gusto 3 to replace a Gusto 2 which suddenly stopped working after several years use. I am on a Verizon prepaid plan which is no longer offered.

- Answer You probably can't completely disable it, since there are software updates and Verizon Services pages, but you can select a faster timeout window, and if the phone is in airplane mode, all wireless functions are disabled. In this mode, you can't make calls either, but the phone can't access the internet.

QuestionI presently have a Samsung/Verizon flip phone that has stopped working. I am told it is a Gusto 2. I see you folks have the Gusto 3 available but I need to know that it will be acceptable and work on my Verizon prepaid plan. Will it?

- Answer I have helped two friends setup a Verizon Prepaid Plan. One was a Gusto 2 in 2012 and the other was a Gusto 3 in 2017. The plan for each phone was different and the activation procedure was also different, so I'm not sure if the phones are compatible. I have never tried activating a new phone to an existing plan so I suggest checking with Verizon tech support to be sure. Sorry, this is probably not much help.

- Answer The way that it should work is that as long as you are not changing your plan, you should remain grandfathered. I would call customer service to verify that this is how Verizon works as well. I used to work for companies that used the same method.
