QuestionI've relocated to the US from the UK and brought my Samsung The Frame and a soundbar with subwoofer. I have a voltage converter but I was told all Samsung are dual voltage and all I need is a new plug. Is this correct?

QuestionI just purchased the Samsung A650. I was told it was dual voltage. The soundbar says it is and can take 220V. But the Subwoofer only says 110V. Is the soundbar itself only dual voltage? Or is the subwoofer also dual voltage. Any help is much appreciated!

QuestionMy Samsung TV does not have HDMI ARC port. Thus I will have to use the optical cable. Salesman does not think I will be able to use my Fire Stick remote to control the volume and turn the sound bar on and off. Is that true?

QuestionThose of you using with an AppleTV & Remote, have you had any issues controlling the volume? My setup: AppleTV -> Soundbar -> Samsung TV After about 3 weeks of use, the Apple remote is not always changing the volume, it hangs :( (A bad open box item?)

- Answer A quick follow up. I contacted Samsung Chat: Use the Samsung remote! I called Samsung, the lady who helped me had me reset the soundbar (Press and hold both the + & - buttons on the device for 5 seconds). On first glance, this seems to have worked, the AppleTV remote is controlling the sound, but it always did if I unplugged the soundbar. I will give this a go, and maybe the reset process helps someone else. Overall, I have no other issues with the soundbar, it does what I expect it to do.

QuestionWhen I put the soundbar in DTS mode the Treble and Base go to zero. When I adjust teh Trebel nd Bass to 3 the bar automatically puts it back to 0. Can you adkust Treble and Bass in DTS mode or any mode? Thanks

- Answer Hi! The remote features a Woofer button allowing you to adjust the level of the wireless subwoofer. Rock the button forward or backward to adjust the level up/down, or press it in to set the level to 0. ^Tim
