A:AnswerHi there,
The HW-B650 will work best when using the HDMI input, but you can connect using a Digital Optical Cable if you do not have a TV HDMI ARC input.

A:AnswerNot exactly. Basically you plug in the ARC HDMI to connect to the TV to get the audio to the soundbar when the TV is hooked up to other things (like a PS5 AND an AppleTV).
So you can do one device plugged into the input via HDMI (like an AppleTV) and then an output that goes from the speaker to the TV to send the sound AND video.
If you want more than one device, you hook up the devices to your TV and then one cable from the TVs ARC HDMI to the soundbar's ARC HDMI to get the audio there. Then you switch inputs on the TV to switch between devices.
If you don't have enough ports on your TV (lets say you only have 2), you can hook up both devices (PS5 and AppleTV) to the TV, then use an optical audio cable to connect the TV to the Soundbar for sound. They're not that expensive and will get the job done. Then you switch inputs on the TV to switch between devices.
A:AnswerYes, the sound bar is not manufacturer specific, its open and works with any brand as long has you have the connection type. The connections are HDMI, HDMI ARC, Optical, and Bluetooth but no AUX. The $219 price tag (if still valid) is a steal versus $399 original cost.
A:AnswerHi JTo,
The HW-B650 Soundbar would be a great addition to your TV. We would recommend using a HDMI cable, connecting to HDMI input 2. This will give you the best audio and user experience available.

A:AnswerOptical works fine (if you run out of HDMI ports) but ARC HDMI lets the devices also control each other to an extent (turning on the TV or soundbar turns both on with HDMI ARC connected, for instance, and same when turning off either). There is no need to use both cables at once. Audio only goes through one at a time.
A:AnswerHello CB,
The HW-B650 Soundbar is indeed compatible with the CU7000 Samsung TV. You will be able to connect using either Bluetooth, Digital Optical, or HDMI. We do recommend using HDMI as this will offer the best audio experience available to you.

A:AnswerHi there,
The HW-B650 and HW-Q600B Soundbars can be connected using Bluetooth, Digital Optical or HDMI through the TV ARC port. We do recommend using HDMI as this will offer the best audio and user experience available. Your TV will be compatible with all three of these inputs.

A:Answerit has to be the same name brand as Samsung tv new one with this sound bar you have and right on lip sync but that tv has Apple TV was already in there and ready to use also it has many good app in that tv and you dont need apple tv4k to use so save it for future use if need ok
A:AnswerHello Raych,
This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function.
1. Turn Off the Soundbar.
2. Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds.
Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the
following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”.
This will allow you to control the volume of the Soundbar with your TV remote. By connecting your Soundbar to the TV using a HDMI cable, it will automatically be set to turn on/off with your TV.
