Included sound modes are Game, Surround, Standard and Adaptive. QuestionHi, can’t get max volume out of it. 50% sounds like 20% volume and 100% sounds like 50%. Hooked bar to Samsung tv by means of HDMI cable through the HDMIarce ports on both tv and sound bar. Sound bar does not seem any louder than tv speakers. suggestions?

- Answer I'm sorry, but your answer may still apply! I have the HW-B650 model. My TV is Samsung QN800 QLED 8K. There is a setup in the sound section of my TV to enable ATMOS or disable it. When this switch is off, my subwoofer base goes silent. I still don't have enough info to understand ATMOS, Will I be able to detect ATMOS,with HW-B650 soundbar?

- Answer You would think that it came with the correct cables … but … so I had so much trouble hooking up my first one of these that I went out & bought the $40 cable to try & fix the problem … turns out it was just broken (gotta live open box quality control). Anyhow, so since I already had the cable I didn’t return it & we aren’t noticing any lip sync issues thru eArc at all.
