QuestionSamsung HW Q60 B soundbar is about a year old. When soundbar is turned off there seems to b a barely audible buzz that seems to have begun when connecting a pair of compatible wireless speakers. Is that sound normal?

- Answer Not positive but I’d guess it does via an hdmi cable. It’s mainly designed for a Samsung tv. I believe Roku makes sound bars that are specific to their tv.

- Answer A hdmi would work better to allow sync with TV. But it does not come with any connection cables.

- Answer Hello mimi2018, The USB port on the HW-Q60B Soundbar is for updating the software or for playing music and videos directly from a USB thumb stick or USB harddrive. The HW-Q60B Soundbar has the ability to connect using Digital Optical, Bluetooth or HDMI, if your TV has one of these inputs you'll be able to use one of those. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionDoes the samsung Q60B also have tweeters or just 3 drivers front ,,and 2 top drivers on sound bar.. specs sheet do not give it ever from samsung and i bought some in past that do have tweeters ..

- Answer The sound bar has a total of 6 midrange drivers along with the 6” subwoofer. It does not have dedicated tweeters. I will say for tv/movie watching or gaming I haven’t noticed a lack of high end. I personally feel that it has a quality balanced sound. I would recommend.

QuestionI connected eARC cable to Q70C TV and enabled Q-symphony. Now only the TV remote works controlling both units together. Nothing at all works on soundbar remote now. How do I turn on/off soundbar without TV and switch to Bluetooth input?

- Answer Deszy is trying to tell me how to work the remote when theirs didn't even come with one? Sorry, that doesn't help make mine work. Also, this soundbar DOES have bluetooth capabilities, but that's not what connects the subwoofer to it. Wow. Just, wow.

- Answer Hope you returned it. Mine did something similar. Samsung told me it needed repair. It was 3 days old, so I am taking it back and getting something else. Should have stuck with Sony.

QuestionDoes the Total Tech cover installation of the HDMI cord in the wall? We just recently purchased a 75" TV and had it mounted and the wires put in the wall and would like to get the wires for the sound bar in the wall as well...would we have to pay extra?
