- Answer Hi! The HW-Q65T is not internet enabled and is not compatible with voice assistants. QuestionI just hooked up this set and it connected up just fine, however, no matter what I do the sound settings, Treble, Bass, Rear Sound, all set to 0 after adjusting them. The settings never save. Has anyone else seen this and know how to save the settings?

- Answer Would love to be able to reply to the Samsung "Answer" however there is no reply option. I have already reached out to Samsung and they of course are useless for the issue. I'm just going to return the item. I have tried updating firmware, resetting to factory, getting to INIT, nothing works. I actually reached out to Samsung support 2 different times and both agents had no clue. I find it hard to believe I am the first person this has happened to. Anyway. Very unfortunate

QuestionWhy do the specs on this site or from the manufacturer link not specify the output for the speakers? No mention of wattage, RMS, THD, frequency response, etc. What are the output ratings of each speaker?

- Answer Hi ENR! The HW-Q65T is a 360w soundbar system. You can find specific information regarding wattage and frequency response on page 40 of the full user manual. ^Tim

QuestionWhile connected to the hdmi arc, when I switch TV sources {hdmi 1 - cable to hmdi 2 - ps4} my soundbar also switches sources and will sometimes go to D. IN or TV speaker. Is there a way I can stop that and leave the soundbar at hdmi arc?

QuestionI purchased a log 75nano75upa tv and a hw-q65t Samsung sound bar this past week. I cannot get the soundbar to work with the tv. I can get it to work with my apple iPhone and pandora but cannot get it to work with optical or HDMI or Bluetooth connections

- Answer Hate that you recieved a non-answer. Wondering if you figured it out. Not sure what power ratings have to with anything, when: 1. Each of the components have their own power source. 2. The issue in qustion is about bluetooth connectivity. Leave it up to customer service or whoever answered a question that wasn't asked.

- Answer Hi Lucy - The HW-Q65T Soundbar does not support Dolby Atmos. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will get this corrected. Dolby Atmos support begins with our 2021 HW-Q600A Soundbar and above. ^Gina

QuestionHi. On page 23 the manual says that the rear speakers can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. However, no level adjustment is possible...all it does is cycle the rear speakers on and off. ???

- Answer Bryan - When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Gina

- Answer Hi dalee! The rear speakers are designed to improve the surround sound experience by playing audio intended to be behind you. You can force the speakers to play audio all the time, even without a surround sound source, by changing the sound mode on your soundbar. ^Tim

- Answer Hi Susiekay! The HW-Q65T Soundbar features Acoustic Beam technology as well as DTS Virtual:X, which provides 3D directional audio from up-firing speakers. When stepping up to the HW-Q700A Soundbar, you will receive 3 channels, 1 subwoofer and 2 dedicated up-firing channels. QuestionI've been trying for a week to sync my rear speaker system to my HW-Q65T to sound bar I keep waiting and looking for ID-Set to light up in the display area but it only shows BT READY... I have YouTube tutorials But no one addresses this problem!

- Answer Headache - First, we recommend performing a quick reset the HW-Q65T Soundbar by powering it off and then pressing and holding the Play/Pause button until it displays 'INIT OK'. Power on the soundbar, and then try pairing the Rear Speakers to your soundbar by following these steps: Turn off the soundbar using its remote or by pressing the Power button on the soundbar itself. Press either the VOL button or the Up button on your soundbar's remote. Hold down the button for 5-6 seconds until the “ID SET” message appears on your soundbar’s display. Note: Which button you need to press varies by model. Please read your soundbar's user manual for specific instructions. Turn the soundbar back on using its remote or by pressing the Power button on the soundbar itself. Some soundbar models will automatically power on after completing the "ID SET" steps. The LINK LED indicator will stop blinking and glow a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the wireless receiver. ^Gina
