• A:Answer Sound is better when its not going out and the vizio hdmi pass-through works better. That shouldn't be with the Samsung being more expensive.

Q: QuestionDoes this soundbar have a night mode which lowers the bass and makes voice clearer? Can you set up custom audio profiles to easily switch to?

• A:Answer Hi Gordon, The HW-Q750B Soundbar does have the ability to switch to night mode. You will use the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote. There are not custom audio profiles available on any Samsung Soundbars. ~Samsung Solutions

• A:Answer Hi westfork, The rear speakers of the HW-Q750B Soundbar do connect to a wireless transmitter and it is fully wireless to your soundbar. You will not have wires running from your soundbar to your rear speakers. ~Samsung Solutions

• A:Answer Hello coachjoew, The HW-Q750B Soundbar has a dedicated center channel built in to the soundbar unit. This is where all of the dialogue will be produced from. There isn't a way to move the dialogue from this center channel. You do have the option to be able to increase the center channel's volume so that dialogue is easier to hear compared to everything else. We also have different sound modes that will improve your overall audio experience. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionSeveral Questions: is this soundbar compatible with an LG tv? what is the model number of the rear speakers? are they Dolby Atmos? what is the rated output power of the amplifier? is the soundbar the same one that is in the Q7CB?

• A:Answer It’s compatible with any TV that supports arc (hdmi pass thru) or optical cable. I have mine connect to a LG b7a. As for the rear speakers, they are a pair of samsung 9100’s.

Q: QuestionI have a Samsung 70" TU 7000 on an articulating mount.....can the sound bar be mounted to the TV....and if so....should it be mounted above or below the TV...I would think above so the up firing speakers can bounce of the ceiling...figured id check

• A:Answer Hi atmos5, The HW-Q750B Soundbar has mounting holes at the bottom of the Soundbar so it will need to be mounted under the TV. The unit itself weighs 10.6lbs any mount that can handle less than that should be avoided. The screws used to hold the provided mounting bracket plates are a M4 x L10 screw, (4mm diameter by 10mm long). ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionIt looks like the rear speakers come with mounts? Wireless as far as no speaker cables but they must need power? Does that mean they are battery/rechargeable or do they need to be plugged into a power supply that then needs to be plugged into an outlet?

• A:Answer Yes, and also Google. But I don't see much of a need for it because the TV is connected. When you have a Samsung TV, you no longer have to worry about the volume separately, and I haven't needed to use the Samsung remote. I did connect the soundbar to Smart Things, and there are many functions available from there, but I haven't had a need to make any adjustments.

• A:Answer Hi Mari, By pressing the CHANNEL LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of each speaker such as Center level, Side level, Wide level, Front Top-level, and Rear level. • To control the volume of each speaker select Center level, Wide level, or Front Top level in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons. • If Surround Speakers are connected, select Rear level and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. Also, I would suggest pressing the SOUND MODE button until it says SURROUND SOUND, which provides a wider sound field than standard. Q: QuestionI have an older Samsung Blue Ray home theatre system and Samsung HDTV, and the Blue Ray player (and therefore the sound) powers on via HDMI-CE whenever I turn the tv on. Does this system also support that or will I have to manually turn it on/off?
