• A:Answer i have the 2022 predecessor to the Samsung 65" OLED TV. i was NOT SATISFIED with the Samsung Q750 Speaker System, especially the subwoofer. I ended up buying the SONOS Arc 15, Era 100s and Sub-Mini subwoofer. The sound is TERRIFIC, especially the bass.

• A:Answer The unit has a specified plug on the back side of the transmitter... standard black and red with stranded wire that plugs into the back of the speaker. You can definitely make them longer with your own speaker wire after you plug it into the unit

Q: QuestionMy Q750B keeps adjusting the volume back to 15 after use for 2 minutes and the bass on the subwoofer is relatively low. How do I fix this?

• A:Answer I don't really know why your sound volume goes back to 15 after 2 minutes of use but on your soundbar remote there is a a switch on the right side looks just like your volume one on left side you can adjust the subwoofer from - 6 to +6 the same way you adjust the sound push it up for plus and back for the - and you can see were the setting is at by looking at the small screen on the front of the soundbar

• A:Answer I purchased the Sanus adjustable height stands. Theyre adjustable from 28-38 inches and made to hide the speaker wire (kind of tricky getting it to thread thru but a nice feature). The screw/bolt to attach them didnt fit so we bought two from the hardware store. They look very nice and are sturdy and well made. Would absolutely buy them again.
