QuestionHow good is the clarity of dialog. I have a hard time following the dialog because sometimes the music over shadows voices .

- Answer Hi Kenn, The HW-Q750B Soundbar has a dedicated center channel for all of the dialogue. You will also have the ability to adjust this channel using your soundbar remote between -6 to +6 increasing the overall dialogue even more. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionThe sound bar and sub woofer have sound but the back speakers do not. What might I do to rectify this issue? I have my Blu Ray player connected to the tv with an HDMI cable and the TV connected to the sound bar with an optical cable.

- Answer Hello jimr, The subwoofer may not be paired with your HW-Q750B Soundbar. If the LED light is RED then it's not paired, if it is flashing BLUE then the pairing process was not completed, if it is a solid BLUE then it is paired. Follow these instructions on how to pair the subwoofer. 1. Turn off the Soundbar main. 2. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds. • The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks. 3. Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds. • The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears. • The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete. 4. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete). If you are still having difficulties please contact Samsung Customer Service for further trouble shooting. 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. - Answer Make sure the projector supports arc, or optical. Depending on what device you are using with the projector, you can use HDMI to pass threw the sound bar to your projector.

- Answer Hi Frosty, You will press the CH LEVEL button on the Soundbar Remote until you see Rear Levels. Then you will use the UP/DOWN buttons on that same remote to adjust between -6 to +6. Make sure that you are also using the SURROUND SOUND sound mode and on your TV change the Audio Output from PCM as this can decrease volume to the rear speakers. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi Oca, The Wireless Rear Speaker Kit on the HW-Q750B Soundbar is the SWA-9100S model. The each weigh 1.3lbs, and the dimensions are 3.4 x 5.8 x 3.4 inches (W X H X D). They will work with a third party mounting system as long as it meets these requirements. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Yes. Try pressing "channel level" on the remote. From there you should be able to increase the volume of the rear/front/subwoofer speakers.

- Answer I tried adding a second subwoofer it did work but then you cannot turn down the subwoofer with a control it just stays on the whole time it's better just to buy one big subwoofer and get rid of it that's what I'm planning on doing
