This Samsung 2 in 1 is not compatible with the Bamboo pen. I purchased the pen especially to go with one of the laptops we purchased that day. We were told at the store that the pen would work with this particular model, even though he could not demonstrate. Got the computer home and it did not work, exchanged the pen thinking that the pen was defective, the second pen did not work. Spoke with a 3rd representative and then found out that it was not compatible. We exchanged one of the two computers we bought for an Asus so we could get one that would work with the pen. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So, I just bought the Samsung Notebook 7 Spin 2 in 1. The people at Best Buy also told me the Bamboo Ink pen was compatible. I've been reading that it isn't compatible. I couldn't even download the Bamboo Ink Wacom to my PC due to a compatibility issue and that's what the booklet instructions tell you to do. When you first open the Bamboo Ink pen box, on the top right it says if the stylus doesn't work to hold down each end of the button to change the setting. After frustration I decided to give it one more try. I had to change the settings twice and it WORKED! I'm super excited now and hope this helps anyone who is having problems!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Answer is NO. The Samsung notebook 7 spin NP740U5L-Y and NP740U5M-X displayed @ Best Buy, worked with Windows 10 Ink. I purchased the Samsung NP740U5L-Y02US Touchscreen convertible. I have several (penable) laptops and several stylus, (EMR/Wacom, Ntrig and AES), Bios, Windows and drivers all have been updated and yet none of my stylus/pens work....Not even in Windows Ink.
