There is no question, this machine blows away the recommended specs just make sure your not running the game @ 4k all games have an issue running over 1080 since most gaming rigs only go up to 1080. I can play all the blizzard games and the new Doom and have been pleasantly surprised that being said I didn't buy this to be a gaming rig it was mainly for photo and graphic editing on the go. if that what your looking for I would spend your 1,400 on something designed for that.
