Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove the 10 screws from the bottom. On the backside, next to the left hinge,(device is upside down), there is a little notch where you can insert a small plastic spuger, a guitar pick or the edge of an old credit card. Gently spread the seam at this point and slide the spuger along this edge working from left to right under the hinge. Carefully continue to glide your spuger or credit card along the inside of this seam all around the device while listening for the little internal clips to pop along the way as you separate the bottom cover. Take your time and be gentle especially around the ports. Good luck.
