Hey, 2 solutions if battery are ok: Try the charge Button on it, Otherwise use the software (tablet or mobile), ans click on charge Burton action. If battery are low: May be you can charge it manually , but installing it on power station, then switch it on, ans presse play Button to see the charge. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you might be having any one of the two problems: - You need to turn on a "red buttom" which is located on the bottom of the vacuum cleaner. It is covered in a translucent rubbery plastic. But you will find it easily - I also found that you need to place it properly on the charger. Move it around a little bit and a green light will come on the charging station indicating that it is charging. It will also "beep" to indicate that the vacuum has been placed on the charger correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only case where the hardware is not defective, is on certain carpets. The rear of the robot can sink a bit into carpet, and dock also depress in a way the dock terminals do not make contact. Elevating the dock on some cardboard can make the connection. The dock has a green light to indicate contact. If that is on and the robot does not charge -- and the battery switch on the bottom is turned on -- there is a defect. Actually, if the battery is turned off I don't think the dock light comes on.
