“After cleaning or mapping out the house It cannot find the charging port. what can I do to fix this issue? I like the location the charger port is in and would like to keep the there.”

I would ensure that the charging station is not too close to a corner or furniture, I have mine roughly a foot away from anything and it has no issues. Objects can make it not want to find or dock on the charge station. My little guy will traverse 90% of the house and always manages to find the charge station. I would move the station to a good location, re-map your home, and make sure all sensors are clean on the charge station and vacuum.
