It will, in fact it's probably the best card you can use in the Galaxy S7 Edge. When I purchased mine, first thing it went into was my Galaxy S7 and I had no issues. Just be mindful that once you install a SD Card, any new photos taken from the Camera App will default to the External SD Card.
