Q: QuestionWould there be any issue if the rear surround speakers are wall mounted about 8ft high? vs at sitting head level? Reason I am looking to mount them high, is because of a window on side and I want to keep them aligned at same height with each other

• A:Answer Hi Turro, Keep in mind that the rear speakers do have top-firing Dolby Atmos speakers that will bounce off the ceiling and then back down to you. Make sure that the tops of the rear speakers are not too close to the ceiling. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionThe installation instructions state that the Surround Speaker wall mounts must be able to support more than 17.6 lbs? Is this a misprint? The surround speaker only weighs 4.5 lbs, and the center speaker weighs 10lbs. Why do I need a 17lb bracket?

• A:Answer The standard engineering ratio for a safe lifting/support factor is 3:1 or higher, so the safe rating for a 4.5 lb speaker is a "minimum" of 3 times the item's weight, or 13.5 lbs, plus the weight of the mounting bracket itself. Some companies use a higher ratio (multiple) for an additional margin of safety.

Also it has the ability to use Q-Symphony 3.0, this is a feature when paired with a 2023 Q-Series TV it will use the AI technology to improve the audio quality when using Q-Symphony. Adaptive Sound 2.0 is an upgraded version from last year. This allows the Soundbar to automatically optimize the sound to each object even at low volume levels. Game Pro 2.0 is another upgraded feature. This will optimize the audio depending on which type of game you are playing. From First Person Shooters, Racing, Sports, Rhythm and Fighting games you will get the best sound possible. Q: QuestionI’m using this surround system with my Samsung - 77” Class S89C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. When I’m streaming movies or shows the audio will drop out for a split second randomly and sometimes crackle when it happens. Anyone else experiencing this?
