Yes, I'm using it on Tmobile right now. Works great, but you have to add some settings to get it to work.

Since it says Verizon in parentheses, this usually means it can only be used with Verizon. Otherwise, it will say it is an "unlocked" phone, and it will also cost more if it's unlocked.
