- Answer Yes? It works in Russia OK. Russian language keyboard works OK too. Only number of system languages (menus, icons, configuration, etc) is limited. I use English as a system language.

- Answer It comes with a Samsung quick charger and a best buy brand cable. The box is a generic white box it will definitely work on Metro. My wife has it on T mobile and has zero issues at all.
