  • QuestionWhat accessories does the phone bring

    • Answer According to the item description, it's supposed to be shipped with a charging cord/wall charger, owner's manual, ear buds. The one shipped to me had everything missing except a cheap off-brand incompatible charging cord for a different type of phone.

    • Answer I didn't get one with earbud. Charger and cable too are not from Galaxy s8. No box either.

    • Answer These repairs are done it by Samsung or if it's a 3rd party then it can be done by a Best Buy For example but normally companies like this was just send it out the manufacture so they don't have to deal With fixing the product, If the product is even fixable And if it is something simple then it's possible that bestbuy would deal with that.

    • Answer If there's an open Box item then the warranty is one year from the manufacturer, if not then there shall be a better warranty But normally it's one year, And at Best Buy it's 14 days for returns.
