• These repairs are done it by Samsung or if it's a 3rd party then it can be done by a Best Buy For example but normally companies like this was just send it out the manufacture so they don't have to deal With fixing the product, If the product is even fixable And if it is something simple then it's possible that bestbuy would deal with that.
