Without being able to access the individual unit in question, it's difficult to determine what the firmware might be - once they leave our factory, they have the latest version available at that time. The good news is that when you connect it to the Internet or your network, it will update to the latest available firmware. It's a very simple process, and is equivalent to what a new product would also have. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. Samsung
