• Yes, the hub integrates directly with the GE ZWAVE devices. You just pair the Echo with your SmartThings account through the Alexa app, and all is good to go.

• Yes, i use GE 12722 on/off switches connected to SmartThings and Alexa. I also have the Outdoor Plug and indoor plug (GE Z-Wave) connected to Alexa/SmartThings.
