• You can control on/ of and make schedules from the app on the phone. It has no screen to see pics/ videos

• Yes, if they have a corresponding SmartApp or Lab within the Smartthings app on your phone. I have also found that the SmartApp called SmartTiles lets you control pretty much any camera with wifi within the Smartthings app.
