A:AnswerThis isn’t a router, if your asking if this works wireless without needing Ethernet the answer is YES. I recommend using Ethernet as I find controls happen quicker, note I have 1gb WiFi speeds and everything works flawlessly
A:AnswerHi.. 1st, yes reset the device if you can't get into it's settings via the app. Be sure to link it up to your home wifi network. I think once "if it successfully logs in to your network, you should update it's firmware. It might do that automatically, I'm not sure on how they handle firmware updates. I do know they have updated the firmware within the last year. There are two Smartthings apps out there. Be sure you're NOT using the classic app, but are now using the NEW app. Another check would be for you to go into your router's programming mode and check and see if that device has been added onto your wifi network map. If not, then the device isn't pairing/sync'ing to your network and could be fried.
A:AnswerYes sunset and sunrise with offset are available as well as multiple on/off per day. When using offset there is a bug and minus (-) is not available on pop-up keyboard. Work around is to cut and past a "Before" offset.
