• Yes, this one can. Just make sure you have the Smart Things Hub. Then you can create a routine. If you don't have a Hub, you can try searching for smart outlets and choose Hub not needed for filters

• Yes this smart plug can. I use the SmartThings Hub and the SmartThings app on my iPhone. Use the Automation Routine feature to set up a Routine turn on/off at a certain time of day. One Routine to turn on and another to turn off.
