QuestionDoes this fit under typical kitchen counters? The specs say the product height is 35 3/7 inches. That would not fit under most 36 inch tall kitchen countertops assuming a 1-1/2" countertop thickness.

QuestionI have this unit for about 2 months now. During each cycle there seems to be an oily smell almost like grease burning. Nothing has melted in the inside. All dishes, cups, utensils are fine. What do you think it is?

QuestionThe description of this Samsung StormWash model #DW80K5050UW states it comes with cutlery rack, as well as upper and lower racks. I would assume the upper and lower racks are included and not accessories. Did anyone receive the cutlery rack?

- Answer 2 main racks (upper and lower); and 2 cutlery racks that fit into the lower rack. But I don’t recommend this machine! Bought it 11 months ago and have regretted my choice ever since.

- Answer This washer has a detergent dispenser that you fill before each wash and it releases the dish detergent at the appropriate time during the cycle. That was plenty automatic for my needs. I'm not sure what that specification is referring to - perhaps a dispenser that one loads once with a large volume of detergent that is released over the course of a number of loads?

QuestionDoes this washer have a heating element? I'm looking at the bottom where the filter cage is and don't see an element. But, I guess it could be inside the units reservoir. Does anyone know if it has a REAL heating element to dry the dishes?

QuestionIs it true that the drain pump on this model is unavailable, with no replacement? Is approx 2 years old and is rarely used. I believe that is what caused the problem, in the first place.
