How quiet is this registered at? Decimal number. null

Rated at 44 decibels. And after running this for a week now, it's ULTRA quiet, much more than the next level down (DW80F600UTS).

I don't remember the exact decibel from the manual, but I thought the darn thing was not working and was going to open it in the middle of a cycle. We don't have a noisy home and yet this thing was silent quite. I had to put my ear against it to hear and verify that it was working. We have had many dishwashers and this one surely surprised everyone, it cleans everything spotless + super quite. The only draw back I saw is the time limit. Min 1hr to wash dish in water / energy conserving time to me is pretty unbelievable, not sure why it was not 30 min or so.

I do not know the decibel level but do know that it is difficult to tell when it is operating, even with my hand on the door. Water being pumped out between cycles can be heard but the actual operation is amazingly quiet.
