Yes I am using it now it's amazing differece night a day forza horizon 4 is about 1min 6 sec compare to 2min and a tad longer it is worth it rocket league is pointless for this don't use space if you think it doesn't take long

You should be able to use it as the only requirements are that the drive is at least USB 3.0 and have at least 256GB of available space. The system will ask to format the drive once it is plugged into the XBox One.

You could use a flash drive to add storage space to your Xbox one. That being said, I think you would be better off investing in an external hard drive for this purpose.
