QuestionI have a samsung 4k uhd tv, samsung 4k player and a yamaha reciever. When i turn off the 4k player and switch reciever to tv it has no picture. It worked fine before plugging in the the 4k player.

QuestionEverytime I try to watch Netflix or Amazon, I get message that I don't have enough bandwidth. Can watch Netflex on other blue rays which I have in my house in other rooms with no problem. Could it be this particular machine.

QuestionWe got this blu ray at christmas, has only been used once since, but now when i tried to play a movie it froze. anytime i tried to turn on the player it continues to freeze and i get a blinkin red light on the player. whats going on?

- Answer Return it while it is still under warranty. I have had some quality control issues with Samsung products before. It seems they work extremely well out of the box or in rare events they turn out to be lemons.

- Answer Connect device as you do other authorized devices via WiFi. This is done through the menu of the player.

- Answer No, the way the dvd tray operates the dvd merely lays in it and isn't secured in anyway. They tray it's self isn't designed to go in and out in that manor either. There is almost no dvd separate system designed for anything other than flat on shelf set up.

QuestionI bought a 65" Samsung SUHD Quantum TV and plan to hook it up to my 8-10 year old TX-SR604 Onkyo receiver and an Infinity 5 channel music and home theater speaker system. The receiver works well and has several HDMI connections. Should I upgrade it?
