QuestionWhen I play a 4K dvd there's 2 bold green lines going vertically on my tv screen , if I play a regular blu-ray dvd it works fine , Is there any adjustments I need to make ? or is something is wrong with my player ? I did all updates already .

- Answer I've played 4 different 4K DVD's on mine and I haven't noticed the vertical green lines you mentioned.

- Answer Im not to sure what a MPEG 4 video is exactly but it does play MP4 videos off my hardrive and MKVs if that helps? Quality is pretty nice too! But i download anywhere from 2gb to4gb movies. Hope that helps?

QuestionNot able to set the resolution on the setting menu to 2160p instead of having it on automatic or any of the lower resolutions. My tv is a ju7100, sony receiver , and monoprice hdmi cables, everything is 4k, any ideas?

- Answer You will need a process of elimination to troubleshoot. Bypass the Sony receiver, use a better HDMI cable (18GB and certified) and go over the settings. Reducing the number of variables makes troubleshooting much easier. If the Blu Ray player is connected directly to the TV with a number of different cables of known quality, using one or another of the TV inputs, with proper setups and still doesn't work then you might want to replace that player. Before that it will take you about half an hour to eliminate all other possibilities. There is testing equipment that an professional AV installer can use to make sense of this puzzle but that equipment is expensive. You can use the elimination process or hire a professional.

- Answer No. The USB port is used for inputting network signal from your router. It is not used for outputting signal to another device.

- Answer Ask Best Buy thru their website with chat option, That is what I do whenever I have any Question??? They are always willing to answer any questions, Plus If they do not know they will find an answer for you!! I would think with proper voltage adapter this might work in the UK?? You Would Need to Check on what Movie Format It Might Play??? I Know USA & Uk Formats are 2 Different Types!!( Maybe that was just for old VHS Tapes??) I hope this Helps??

QuestionSince Samsung TVs do not support or have 4k UHD movies for VUDU, does this bluray player allow you to watch or purchase VUDU 4k movies? This is currently unavailable on ks8000 samsung tv app for vudu- they have HDX 1080 p but not 4k availability

QuestionI have this player as well as a Sony XBR-55X700D 4K tv. The remote for the player has tiny buttons that are hard to operate in the dark and the one for the tv cannot operate the tv's voice activated features and I'd like to replace them. Ideas anyone?
