• Monitor has no speakers. You have to get external speakers or use laptop speakers.

• This monitor has no speakers. You can either plug something into the headphone jack on the back to get sound through the HDMI or set the sound source back to your Notebook, not from HDMI. I had to this on both of the PC's connected to mine
