• No it is not HDR, in order to get a 4K HDR monitor you are gonna have to spend a little more or find a good sale. HDR monitors will generally boast "HDR" in the name of the monitor or at least in the first few lines of the description.

• Yes it does, plug it into the HDMI 2 port and play around with the settings on the PS4 pro and you should be good to go.
