- Answer on the bottom sides. no underneath lights so to have a 100% effective clean instructions advise to flip the item and turn it on again.

QuestionHow does this not damage the phone? I'm hesitant to purchase because exposing the phone to enough UV light to sanitize just seems like the phone would be eventually damaged somehow.

- Answer While UV light will cause the plastic to become brittle over time the cycle on this is only 10 minutes, it would take many years for this to even start to damage your phone. Think about how many times you have left your phone outside on a table or on the dash of your car, that will probably cause more damage than this will for the few years you will have your phone. I hope this helps you decision for this product.

QuestionI bought this because I ultimately needed a charger. Sanitation was a bonus. It doesn't charge my phone. What am I doing wrong?

- Answer What kind of phone do you have? I'm assuming it allows for wireless charging. Make sure you position your phone's wireless charging component directly aligned with the one inside the sanitizer. Also, if you're charging while sanitizing, I've read that your phone could move while inside. Try it again but pay attention to where your phone is after sanitization. And also just try using it without sanitizing and see if it charges. Honestly, this things doesn't sanitize. My wife tested it in her lab and the bacteria levels on the phone didn't go down after sanitizing. Returning it.

- Answer works on everything and anything that you can fit inside. My Samsung 10+ fits inside and has a bit of space. the note ultra 20 would fit in there i believe since it is not much bigger than the s10+

- Answer it's probably can, but whether its user serviceable or not I have no idea. I would recommend contacting Samsung customer service. For the price, I personally would replace it unless it's understandable warranty.

- Answer yes, it will work on any phone that has the ability to charge wirelessly. i have note 20 ultra and it fits in there fine with room to spare. I like this. i came here to leave review and read others since my dad bought this for me for christmas. it's not a fast charger but none of the wireless chargers are super fast charging anyway. cool product for night stand and daily/nightly use. Also wlll protect your phone from spills that happen when reaching for water on night stand
