- Answer Thanks for the question. The pedestal drawer is secured to the rails with screws, so to remove the drawer, you'll need to follow these steps: - Open the pedestal drawer - Locate the 2-3 Phillips head screws toward the front of the track on each side - Remove the screws from each side, then lift and pull the drawer off the track Reverse these steps to reinstall the drawer in the pedestal. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer The WE357A7W pedestals are compatible with the WF455ARGSGR and DV455GVGSGR washer and dryer in terms of fit, but they're a different color; this pedestal is Neat White and the laundry units are Onyx. If you'd prefer for the pedestals, washer and dryer to be the same color, you could either order the WE357A0C in Onyx, or the washer and gas dryer in Neat White (WF455ARGSWR, DV455GVGSWR). QuestionLegs for washer and dryerThe appliance delivery team set up our WF448AAP/XAA 02 washer and DV448AGP/XAA dryer on top of the two WE357A0G pedestals that we purchased at the time. Now we want to stack the units using the SK-5A stacking kit, but the installers didn't leave us the original feet or shipping bolts. Can we use the feet on the pedestals for the washer and dryer? Thanks!

- Answer Thanks for the question. While the pedestal feet may be very similar to those that come with the washer, they are a different part number than the ones that come with the WF448 so may not be a perfect fit or have the locking mechanism necessary for secure leveling and installation. The part number for the original WF448 legs is DC97-00920N. The part number for the shipping bolts is DC97-14489A; it's very important that the shipping bolts be reinstalled if the washer is to be laid on its side during this transition. I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help you locate these parts. When stacking the dryer on top of the washer, the dryer feet would typically be removed so there's no need to replace them. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer Thanks for the question. The WE357A7P will fit the WF306BHW/XAA washer, but the color will not match. This pedestal is Stainless Platinum in color, and the washer is Neat White. The matching white pedestal will have a 'W' at the end, as in WE357A7W (Best Buy item #8259127). - Ms. Samsung

- Answer The WE357A7W pedestal is designed to be used with Samsung's front load washers and matching dryers. The top load washers and matching dryers, including the WA422PRHDWR and DV422EWHDWR, are not designed to be mounted on pedestals. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung
