A:AnswerI have the same problem. You have to have it PERFECTLY placed or it will flash blue and turn off. Try placing near the top overlapping or almost overlapping with the camera. An explanation I have heard is that if it is not charging efficiently it will turn off to prevent overheating or damaging the battery. The charger is more hassle than it is worth for the edge + (and it was free).
A:AnswerYou have to make sure the phone has wireless charging capabilities.. not all phones including iPhone has this feature. But there are some devices that you can buy that will make your phone wireless capable. Google it.
A:AnswerNot directly. The Core Prime requires a Qi compatible charging coil to receive power from Qi compatible chargers. There are aftermarket manufacturers making cases with the Qi receiving coils built-in which then plug into the micro-USB port on the bottom of the phone. There is no built-in Qi wireless charging coil in the phone, nor can one be easily added by the consumer (within the phone).
A:Answerif you have GM product vehicle the wireless chargers work with most androids and no iphones(have to buy charging back for those) anyway..you cannot have more than a gel cover for the charger to work. or need to go bare.lay phone face up and put bottom of phone against the little tab at bottom of charger. sometimes you have to slightly move it around to see where it gets contact and when it does you will hear the little chime from your phone that it is charging and will also show like a lighting bolt in the phone icon on the radio screen.
