“I purchased the Swa-8500S/ZA to work with HW-R650/ZA but it won’t connect to the soundbar using instructions. Need help.”

• It appears that they are compatible and should work. I paired the SWA8500 with my Q70R soundbar Using the directions and all worked fine. Perhaps you have a faulty unit? I would return to Best Buy for a replacement.
