I've had the same issue, Samsung will have you reset the connection with the soundbar but I find that seldom works.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be your speakers are not compatible with your sound bar check out the model number of your sound bar and then check out the model number to see if they are compatible that might be the reason your speakers are not working properly
