This is what I did. The intention is that I pressed the volume down. The one that pushed the button. The direction The mouse button still does not happen. The blue light still stays from the heart and the speakers do not connect ...
I have a sound bar and the HW-M550 and from what I understand it's compatible.

Try to push down the volume button instead of pressing up and down. I was turning the volume up and down and didn’t work until I pushed down. Hope it makes sense.
