Don’t know. First set didn’t work. Took back and got another set. Depending on the show or movie it seems sometimes there’s not much sound or it’s low. Majority of the time the sound is great.

Please try again later.You need to balance out your sound you need to go into your settings and set your real speakers to six also set your subwoofer to six it should balance the sound as far as cutting in and out be sure you’re real speakers are not set too far from your sound bar
