A:AnswerIn the manual all the compatible models start with HW-MSxxx, ranging from 550 to 761. So I don't think so, try model 8500. Also be aware they are suround sound speakers to enhance background sounds not full range speakers so not too loud. Suround Setup can be tricky with the multiroom app. I would recommend the subwoofer for your model for good all around sound. Good luck.
A:AnswerYes. They work wonderfully. Easily paired, good sound quality. No upwards/ceiling facing drivers though (would need the 950 model).
Hope that is helpfu.
A:AnswerIt depends on the soundbar that you have and or are getting. 8500's are compatible with the 550 soundbar. I don't remember if they are compatible with any others. The 9000's are compatible with 650 and the 750 soundbars. I've had both 8000's and 9500's and I liked them both very much. It mostly depends on the soundbar you want to use.
A:AnswerI wish I could give you an answer. I bought them as an addition to my existing sound bar. Unfortunately I have lost the receipt and haven’t attempted to take them back. They are not compatible with my sound bar. They were open box. I never even got to hear them.
A:AnswerI found out that the SWA-9000S is not compatible with the HW-MM45. You need the SWA-8500S rear speakers. I got them, great sale right now, easy setup, they sound great in my relatively small living room...
A:AnswerI just bought the N650 too and am looking to add rear speakers. I was comparing the 8500S and 9000S. Other than the 9000S being very slightly larger and $30 more expensive, I could not see any other differences. Then I saw your post. Thanks for putting it out there. I just chatted with Samsung and they told me the 8500 is compatible, but the 9000 is not. So maybe you can exchange them, and save $30. Hope this helps. Good luck.
A:AnswerI just put the wireless receiver in a general location and the speakers are wired to the receiver...does.t really matter where the receiver goes...as long as the receiver connects to the sound bar (will have a blue light showing connection). The receiver needs to be plugged in and the speakers are wired to that powered receiver.
