The x-ray machines the TSA uses will not affect the memory card or the data stored on it. You are safe to travel. I travel with them all the time and have not used my lead shielded bag in years. Also, no more getting taken aside for the lead shielded bag, so... BONUS. lol But yes, you will be fine traveling with these.
