- Answer Please allow us to inform you that the USB Type-C connector is smaller than both Type-A and Type-B, oval-shaped, symmetrical and reversible, meaning there is no “wrong way” to plug it in. However, USB Type-A is standard port which come in a computer. We also recommend you to do an online research for better understanding. Also, allow us to inform you that this iXpand Go Flash Drive comes with lightning connector at one end and USB Type-A at the other so that it can be connected to both computer and an iOS device.

- Answer Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that the iPhone 16 Pro Max comes with a USB‑C connector, instead of a Lightning port. The SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive Go uses USB‑A to Lightning, so it will not work directly with the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, since the newer iPhone 16 series uses USB-C, you’ll need a USB-C version like the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go.

The iXpand is designed primarily for transferring files between iPhones/iPads and computers via its Lightning and USB-A connectors, using the SanDisk mobile app. To transfer photos from your iPhone to a Frameo frame using the iXpand drive, you would need to first move the photos from the iXpand to a computer, and then transfer them to the Frameo frame via USB. Additionally, you can connect with the Frameo support and check with them for the compatible flash drive model.

- Answer It depends how many photos you have. You can transfer many before it is full. You can transfer them from your phone. If using icloud be on PC you can download them onto disk directly.
