- Answer Please allow us to inform you that the USB Type-C connector is smaller than both Type-A and Type-B, oval-shaped, symmetrical and reversible, meaning there is no “wrong way” to plug it in. However, USB Type-A is standard port which come in a computer. We also recommend you to do an online research for better understanding. QuestionI used iXpand for backup. I was unaware of HEIC iPhone setting default. iXpand backed up most of my images except 1100~ HEIC, mov, pgn images weren’t backed up. Was I supposed to change a setting before starting? How do I backup these images?

The iXpand is designed primarily for transferring files between iPhones/iPads and computers via its Lightning and USB-A connectors, using the SanDisk mobile app. To transfer photos from your iPhone to a Frameo frame using the iXpand drive, you would need to first move the photos from the iXpand to a computer, and then transfer them to the Frameo frame via USB. Additionally, you can connect with the Frameo support and check with them for the compatible flash drive model.
